Beefeater 24 Gin

Beefeater 24 has a clean aroma that is delightfully complex with a bit of tannic citrus noticeable against the well-known taste of the base gin. The palate has more of the citrus but it is in a nice balance with the still juniper-forward taste. Its finish is characteristically dry and full of juniper and a touch of liquorice.

Nose:
Wonderfully thick body to it if slightly lighter than the original.

Palate:
The grapefruit and juniper play off each other well and the teas add some subtle flavors and astringency to the finish.

Finish:
It does however come off a bit more aggressive and hot with a lingering tea like aftertaste.
