Each vintage has its own personality, its own style. Usually dry fruits or oranges or prunes. The same for its strenght, its complexity, its lightness….each vintage is different.
Grape varieties: Either Baco 22 A, or Folle blanche.
Vinification: Traditional and natural vinification. The wine is very low in alcool and is distilled quickly after the end of fermentation.
Distillation: With a continuous traditional still, at a low degree (52/54%), to retain most of the wines’ flavours. Each grape-variety is distilled separately.
