Trying to capture the beauty of the Southern Japanese Alps in a drink, the Senjo brewery’s sixth president Takashi Kuroguchi infuses their rice shochu with cherry tree leaves harvested from the brewery’s gardens. The result was a gin that is exudes an undeniable cherry blossom aroma, while presenting a ginjo-sake and plum flavours on the palate.
